Jordan Stern practices primarily Civil Litigation.

Mr. Stern received his bachelor’s degree in Communications, along with a minor in English, from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2008.

Prior to law school, Mr. Stern worked as an insurance claims adjuster, giving him an intimate knowledge of the inners workings of the insurance industry when deciding the value of potential claims.

Mr. Stern graduated from Southwestern Law School, receiving a Juris Doctorate in May 2015. At Southwestern, Mr. Stern earned a spot on the Dean’s List. Mr. Stern also served as Secretary for the Media Law Society as well as Director of Off-Campus Affairs for the Southwestern Student Body Association.

In practice, Mr. Stern’s focus is Civil Litigation, which matters include personal injury, employment law (with extensive knowledge of wage and hour violations and wrongful termination), unlawful detainer, Federal ADA claims, construction defect, contract dispute, and business litigation.

Mr. Stern is licensed to practice in both state and federal court.
