Ms. Monarch is a civil litigator with both public and private experience working with startup to Fortune 50 companies. Her practice focuses on the areas of premises liability, fraud, employment litigation, breach of contract, and negligence. Ms. Monarch also handles high-stakes personal injury and construction defect cases.

Prior to becoming Of Counsel to Stearns Kim & Stearns, Ms. Monarch completed two federal judicial clerkships and founded a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that promotes the economic independence of financially disadvantaged women.

Ms. Monarch graduated with honors from the University of Louisville, Louis D. Brandeis School of Law where she served as an editor for Law Review, as the Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, and as the Vice President of the American Inn of Court.
