Loe Chaelee is an Associate Attorney who handles all areas of family law, including dissolution, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support and division of property. Ms. Chaelee also represents clients in non-immigrant and immigrant visa cases.
Prior to joining Stearns Kim & Stearns, Ms. Chaelee was practicing family law for a Certified Family Law Specialist in Century City. Ms. Chaelee also volunteers with the Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law where she assists low-income clients in dissolution and paternity cases.
Ms. Chaelee received her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School. While at Southwestern, Ms. Chaelee served as an extern for the Family Violence Division and Hardcore Gang Unit of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. Ms. Chaelee also had an opportunity to clerk for the Southwestern Immigration Law Clinic where she handled U visa cases.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Development Studies from University of California, Los Angeles.
Ms. Chaelee is fluent in Korean.
